Magical Mountain™ takes pride in offering the best price and selection of Disney merchandise on the web for the avid Disney fan. All of our orders are shipped promptly and packaged with care. All transactions on Magical Mountain™ are safe and secure with satisfaction guaranteed! Please note that the Magical Mountain Emporium is not affiliated with the Walt Disney Company in any way.

Shipping and Handling - All shipping prices on Magical Definition™ are for the continental United States. If you live abroad and would like to order from Magical Definition™ please contact us or use the international shipping option on the Disney product page. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. If you use an APO or FPO address your purchase will be cancelled with a full refund.

The actual charges show up only at checkout. Each Disney item has it's own shipping charge associated with it. The charges are worked out to cover costs without making shipping charges a "profit center." Shipping is by priority/first class/media mail depending on the size and type of the item. If there is an overage charged on shipping and handling you will receive an immediate refund for the difference.

Most products will ship out within 48 hours of purchase. However if it is a specialty item please be aware that orders might ship up to 7-14 days after purchase. All packages shipped within the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service or Fed-Ex. All international packages are shipped via the United States Post Office and can not be insured or tracked. Magical Mountain, LLC is not responsible for any items damaged during international shipments. All packages are shipped to the address given to us at the time of sale, and if they are sent to an incorrect address Magical Mountain LLC is not responsible. It is up to the buyer to contact Magical Mountain, LLC if there is a change of address.

Disney Theme Park Exclusive Merchandise Shopping Service - Some items offered on the Magical Mountain Shopping Emporium are offered with our shopping service. Any items displaying the shopping service logo come directly from the Walt Disney World Resort, and are picked up exclusively for you in the park when you order them. Magical Definition will purchase the the item and ship it to you. You will be charged the cost of the item plus a shopping fee and shipping/handling costs. We include the shopping fee in the price listed on the site, and our personal shoppers do not use any discounts while purchasing your items.

Return Policy on Magical Mountain, LLC Shipped Products - Please contact us at within 30 days of your purchase if you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt by contacting us at customerservice@blueskycellar.com. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange it for you if returned within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. If your purchase is older than 30 days we will not be able to help you with your return.
